My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were decent in terms of decor and cleanliness, I found the noise levels and service experience quite disappointing. The location is fantastic, right near Bourbon Street and various attractions, which is a major plus. However, the service, especially at the bar and front desk, left much to be desired, making for an overall mixed experience.
